📋 Description

• Develop appealing and effective creatives for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of brand messages and C.I. and increase advertising campaign effectiveness • Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually appealing designs that engage target audiences and support marketing objectives • Continuously analyze and improve social ad performance by adjusting and optimizing creatives based on feedback and performance data • Create visual concepts and assets for landing pages using Onepage’s AI-assisted page builder software • Create reports, infographics, and presentation designs • Develop creatives for Google display ads and image extensions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in social media advertising and marketing • In-depth knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Experience creating static and motion ads for Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn • First experience working with AI assistants to draft concepts and visuals • Openness to exploring AI possibilities • Ability to understand user needs and create engaging, functional designs • Strong sense of aesthetics and ability to develop creative and innovative design solutions quickly • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team • Structured approach to work and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
