📋 Description

• Support our clients' customers with their inquiries • After an e-learning training, gain access to a project-specific knowledge base • Respond efficiently to inquiries via email, chat, or phone • Work fully remotely and receive payment per resolved ticket

🎯 Requirements

• You are comfortable working with new technologies • You enjoy solving problems, are curious, and energetic • You enjoy communicating — both written and verbal • You are available at least 15 hours per week
