📋 Description

• Handle and close qualified inbound leads (incoming inquiries, warm prospects). • Execute targeted outbound actions (cold calls, follow-ups, nurture sequences). • Quickly qualify restaurateurs' business needs. • Clearly present RusHour's offerings and their added value. • Manage the full sales cycle: contact → qualification → closing. • Update the CRM and maintain rigorous pipeline follow-up. • Meet and exceed monthly signing targets. • Ramp up quickly on our products, market, and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial drive: you want to sell, perform, and earn money. • Comfortable on the phone with convincing communication skills. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment. • Results-oriented and performance-driven mindset. • B2B sales / closing / cold calling experience is a plus but not mandatory. • Autonomy, discipline, and reliability.
