📋 Description

• Acquire new craft businesses as customers • Sustainably develop existing customer relationships within the sales territory • Present software solutions convincingly onsite or online • Configure software solutions according to customers' requirements and day-to-day craft business needs • Manage the entire sales process from initial customer contact through successful contract conclusion • Identify market potential, monitor developments in the craft sector, and uncover new sales opportunities • Use KPIs to monitor activities and results and manage work effectively • Represent the company at trade fairs and events hosted by wholesalers • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure an optimal customer journey • Support craft businesses in their digital transformation and promote TAIFUN software solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for sales and a strong customer and service orientation • Persuasive, personable presence and excellent communication skills • Ideally, experience selling complex or consultative products • Solid IT knowledge and an interest in digital solutions • Structured, reliable, and independent working style • Completed commercial or technical vocational training and/or a university degree • Valid driver's license • Willingness to travel within the sales territory
