• You drive the company's growth by acquiring new customers, advising existing customers, and selling upgrades and upsells. • You deliver persuasive online presentations to excite new customers about our software solution. • You advise existing customers, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions to secure long-term partnerships. • You use your negotiation skills to successfully sell upgrades and upsells and to maximize revenue potential. • You maintain close relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities for collaboration. • In addition, you work closely and collaboratively with the entire team to ensure excellent customer support and high customer satisfaction. • You set clear goals for yourself and work proactively to achieve and exceed them.
• You have completed a commercial (business) apprenticeship or possess a comparable qualification. • You already have experience in software sales, preferably in the trades sector, or you have a strong affinity for this industry. • You have a sales-oriented mindset with a clear focus on solution selling. • You bring a high level of IT and software affinity and can quickly familiarize yourself with new software solutions. • You are a strong communicator, confident in negotiations, and have a pronounced ability to close deals. • You work goal-oriented and independently and strive to exceed your sales targets.
