📋 Description

• Responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets across all orthopaedics business units. • Lead six sales leaders and coordinate with a national sales agent network to drive growth through market share expansion, innovation adoption, and strategic market opportunities. • Build strong relationships with key customers and translate market insights into actionable strategies and profitable opportunities. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align objectives and influence organizational goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a university degree is required, MBA preferred. • Minimum of 10 years relevant business experience and experience in a minimum of 2 different business functions (sales, business development, sales operations, marketing, Finances, etc) is required. • Minimum of 2 years people management is required. • Up to 50% domestic and international travel may be required.
