• Support the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce implementations, from discovery through deployment • Partner with clients to understand business challenges, objectives, and desired outcomes • Analyze and document client business processes and requirements • Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solution designs • Provide ongoing communication and feedback to clients on development progress and milestones • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver projects on time and with high quality • Contribute across all project phases, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and end-user training • Lead and/or support business development efforts • Lead and/or support proposal development and solution design in support of new and expanded client work
• 3+ Years Experience with Salesforce • Experience in a Business Analyst role • Understanding of relational databases including data modeling, mapping and/or data conversion. • Extensive knowledge & Experience with Salesforce Implementation and hands on configuration experience, inclusive of exposure to a variety of Salesforce products • Hands-on in-depth experience using advanced Salesforce Flows • Previous consulting experience or working experience in Higher Education and understanding Salesforce Education Data Model • Performed hands-on application configuration with external system integration and data migration. • Supported the development and delivery of training. • Supported the planning and execution of system UAT.
