📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to closing new business. • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities within target accounts across North America. • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using a hunter mindset and disciplined approach. • Develop and execute territory and account plans to consistently exceed revenue goals. • Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Security to position Ontinue’s MXDR services as a natural extension of customers’ existing environments. • Deliver persuasive presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to each client’s needs. • Build relationships with senior decision-makers (CISOs, CIOs, IT Security Leaders) and influence purchasing decisions. • Understand customer pain points, priorities, and risk exposure to align Ontinue’s solutions effectively. • Serve as a trusted advisor by translating technical capabilities into business outcomes. • Partner with marketing, business development, and technical pre-sales teams to maximize impact on target accounts. • Provide feedback from the field to influence product development, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives. • Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain CRM discipline to ensure pipeline transparency. • Stay on top of cybersecurity trends, competitive dynamics, and the evolving Microsoft ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success as a new business hunter in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, managed security services, or IT solutions. • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas. • Deep understanding of Microsoft Security technologies (Defender, Sentinel, Azure Security, etc.) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives. • Entrepreneurial mindset—self-starter, resilient, and results-driven. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. • Nice to haves: Experience working with or for Microsoft or a Microsoft partner. • Nice to haves: Familiarity with regional data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, BDSG). • Nice to haves: Network of established relationships within enterprise IT/security communities in DACH/EMEA. • Nice to haves: Background in managed security services or SOC operations.
