📋 Description
• Utilize our database, job boards, and internet sites to identify and attract qualified candidates • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through proactive outreach • Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications and experience • Discuss and negotiate pay rates and compensation packages • Provide ongoing support to candidates after placement
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in the staffing industry • Education industry experience is a plus • Strong understanding of the recruiting process • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on phone outreach • Strong negotiation skills • Organizational and time management skills • Bachelor's degree preferred
