• Gather requirements and map processes with clients • Configure events, unions, payroll items and routines in SIGAGPE • Perform payroll calculations, vacation pay, 13th salary, terminations and social charges • Ensure compliance of legal filings and obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, DIRF, RAIS, DCTFWeb, etc.) • Handle CNAB file generation for payments and integration with financial and accounting systems (SIGAFIN, SIGACTB) • Execute integrated testing and support user acceptance (homologation) with key users • Prepare technical and operational documentation for implemented processes • Train users and internal/external teams on implemented functionalities
• Proven experience with Protheus, SIGAGPE module • Deep knowledge of payroll calculation routines and statutory/legal obligations • Experience with full parameterization/configuration: payroll items, events, calculation tables, etc. • Practical experience with eSocial and monthly/annual statutory obligations • Experience with CNAB integrations, SIGAFIN, SIGACTB and cost center control • Experience in an HR BPO environment or consulting is a plus • Experience with agribusiness clients or complex payrolls (shifts, premiums, etc.) is a plus • Knowledge of agricultural payroll will be considered an advantage
