Opco Atlas is the French skills operator (Opco) for financial services and consulting that supports employers, employees, job-seekers and training providers across the Assurance, Banking & Finance, and Consulting sectors. It manages training financing, alternance programs, HR and recruitment advice, certification of training providers, and tools such as myAtlas, diagnosticAtlas and annoncesAtlas to help companies recruit and upskill talent. 📋 Description

• Manage and grow a client portfolio • Promote and implement the training policy of professional branches • Promote the OPCO’s service offering, projects, and territorial partnerships on employment and training • Inform and advise companies on employment and training issues • Support companies in designing, implementing and optimizing funding for their training projects • Act as the interface between client companies and internal services • Design and deliver thematic workshops in various formats and handle associated logistics • Participate in identifying collective needs by region and occupation • Contribute to Employment/Training projects: from needs analysis to evaluation of actions • Maintain partnerships with a variety of stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Degree-level education (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Training, or Business Management • Minimum three years’ proven experience in client relations, preferably in the employment and training sector • Strong knowledge of the Employment-Training ecosystem and the regulatory framework for vocational training • Skills in instructional design, competency management, and organizational management • Familiarity with territories and public policies implemented by bodies such as France Travail, the Region, DREETS, or local employment centers • Client advisory experience, ability to prioritize, and portfolio management • Proficiency with digital tools, including Microsoft Office
