• Advise and develop close relationships with major account clients • Manage and proactively grow a client portfolio • Promote and disseminate sector employment and training policies • Promote the OPCO's service offering, projects and territorial partnerships • Provide tailored advisory support on employment and training matters • Support major accounts in designing, implementing and optimizing the funding of their training plans and projects, as well as associated administrative procedures • Act as the interface between client companies and internal teams/services • Design and facilitate thematic workshops in various formats, and manage logistics • Contribute to the organisation and facilitation of collective events • Help identify collective needs by region and by profession/sector • Contribute to employment and training projects: from needs analysis to evaluation of actions (e.g., HR advisory support, ADEC…) • Maintain partnership relationships with various stakeholders (training providers, public institutions, associations, etc.) • Provide support to the overall activity of the delegation and the organisation • Handle and follow up on specific files and cases • Participate in various internal working groups • Report activity to management and monitor relevant developments (economic, regulatory, technical, etc.)
• University degree (Bachelor's to Master's level, Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Training or Business Management • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in client relations, ideally in the employment and training sector • Experience in business development in the services sector is a plus • Strong knowledge of the employment-training ecosystem and the regulatory framework for vocational training • Skills in instructional design, skills management and organisational management • Familiarity with territorial stakeholders and public policies implemented by actors such as France Travail, regional authorities, DREETS or Maisons de l’emploi • Analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and a team spirit • Proficient with digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
