• Assess the market potential and build a business case. • Increase sales activity with existing strategic partners. • Find and develop new customers (installers, contracts, end users). • Partner with customers through a strategic and consultative sales approach. • Report projects in Salesforce. • Be the Sweden reference for trainings to customers. • Meet the targets and actively work with budget. • Gather and analyse market information and communicate with Opple stakeholders. • Manage internal relationships between channels and departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of the Lighting Industry. • Combined experience in business development, sales and marketing. • Good technical understanding. • Customer focused with a passion for excellent customer service. • International business acumen and with persuasive sales skills. • Have both long-term thinking and a practical, hands-on mentality. • Clear verbal presentation and written communication skills. • Experience with Microsoft programs like Excel and Word. • Experience with Salesforce is a plus. • Fluent Swedish and English.
