📋 Description

• Manage the smooth execution of direct-mail campaigns—from booking and selecting the print partner through to delivery • Review submitted print data for technical feasibility, including resolution, bleed, color spaces, data preparation, and preflight • Ensure formats are compatible with automation systems used by international postal services • Support customers with questions about printing processes, international postage and logistics processes, and address validation and cleansing • Provide proactive, solution-oriented feedback on defective print data or formats • Calculate customer pricing • Track order processing through to invoicing • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing & Sales to continuously improve the software • Continuously improve processes within the Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience at an advertising or media agency, in a print shop, or working with national and international postal service providers • Basic or practical knowledge of print production and print processing • Good understanding of postal shipping requirements • Team player with a willingness to take responsibility • Strong commitment to quality and an eye for optimization opportunities • Structured and precise working style • Proficiency in Excel • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively • Native-level German • Fluent English
