📋 Description
• Υποστήριξη πελατών μέσω εισερχόμενων κλήσεων • Πρώτη διάγνωση και επίλυση τεχνικών ζητημάτων • Παροχή τεχνικών και λειτουργικών λύσεων σε προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες • Καταγραφή και διαχείριση αιτημάτων σε συστήματα CRM • Ενεργοποίηση και υποστήριξη υπηρεσιών
🎯 Requirements
• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε τεχνική υποστήριξη ή τηλεφωνικό κέντρο (θα εκτιμηθεί θετικά) • Γνώση συστημάτων CRM • Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ (MS Office, Internet browsers) • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά) • Αναλυτική σκέψη και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ενεργητική ακρόαση
