📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closed-won. • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and strategy conversations directly with prospective clients. • Build customized proposals and negotiate contracts. • Develop and implement scalable, data-driven sales strategies for both brands. • Refine messaging, outreach cadences, and conversion workflows. • Optimize pipeline management and maintain CRM accuracy and forecasting. • Build outbound sourcing strategies when inbound volume is low. • Identify high-fit prospects, segment markets, and drive new client acquisition. • Ensure a healthy top-of-funnel with consistent activity and targeted outreach. • Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and lead flow. • Partner with Account Management to ensure seamless handoffs and strong client retention. • Collaborate directly with the CEO on revenue, strategy, positioning, and process improvements. • Participate in hiring, mentoring, and training additional sales reps as the department grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of total experience. • At least 3 years in SaaS/tech sales + 2 years in leadership or sales management. • Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and run a repeatable sales process. • Strong outbound prospecting expertise and able to generate a pipeline independently. • Deep understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales metrics, and forecasting. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • High ownership mindset: self-motivated, data-driven, and performance-oriented. • Comfortable working across two brands and managing multiple pipelines simultaneously. • Adaptable, solution-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
