📋 Description

• Assume overall responsibility for the company • Take full responsibility for the P&L and achieve growth and profitability targets • Work closely with the existing team to improve and further develop the software platform based on customer feedback and evolving market requirements • Drive the implementation of AI capabilities and identify practical use cases to enhance the platform, customer experience, and efficiency • Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product priorities and development initiatives • Lead, motivate, and develop a small, highly specialized team • Work closely with the private equity shareholder and the Board on implementing the Value Creation Plan • Prepare the company for a potential exit • Work with the founder and current CEO during an approximately 6- to 9-month transition period • Assume CEO responsibilities as part of a planned leadership succession

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience in a B2B software company • Previous P&L responsibility, ideally as a Country Manager, Managing Director, General Manager, CEO, or in a comparable leadership role • Deep understanding of software products and business models • Interest in AI and its practical application in software products and business processes • Customer-focused mindset and experience translating customer feedback into product improvements • Ability to combine strategic thinking with a highly hands-on and pragmatic approach • Fluency in German and good English skills are essential • Strong communication skills when dealing with customers, employees, shareholders, and other stakeholders • Willingness to travel
