📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the entire slot development lifecycle, from initial concept and requirement gathering to final release • Own project schedules, milestones, dependencies and day-to-day delivery across multiple games • Synchronize workflows between creative and technical departments • Identify production bottlenecks and implement workflow adjustments • Own the delivery pipeline and manage release schedules • Ensure all titles hit their planned milestones • Prepare status updates and progress reports for stakeholders • Track key delivery KPIs and metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of overall experience in project management • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the iGaming industry • Experience directly within a B2B slot provider is a massive advantage • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies • Ability to apply software development methodologies flexibly in a fast-paced environment • Strong ability to manage scope, time, and resources while maintaining product quality • Excellent English skills • Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks • Hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing complex workflows in ClickUp is a nice-to-have
