📋 Description

• Join Us as Key Account Manager - Private Fleet and Truckload! • Are you ready to make a significant impact in an innovative environment? • This role is not just about managing accounts of customers and driving growth; it’s about transforming ideas into action and driving our mission forward! • As a key member of our Sales team, you will focus on managing sales for a Private Fleet and Truckload line in the United States. • You will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, grow your region and ultimately contribute to the company's revenue goals. • We are looking for people who have a strong ability to prospect and build new business relationships with a strategic vision for growth. • Analyze market and segment potential customers based on needs, value creation, and solution fit and price point that align with the strategy. • Create, evaluate and execute penetration strategies and specific campaigns focused on scaling the number of assets under management. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers based on delivered value. • Conduct quarterly business reviews to identify new opportunities for growth and value creation. • Gather feedback from customers to educate internal product managers on product and services improvements with a focus on data monetization services. • Provide timely and accurate forecasts for management in a predictable, consistent and disciplined manner focusing on sales and revenue projections. • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with key accounts, turning them into strategic partners who play a central role in growth strategy. • Monitor and update business development activity in Salesforce and maintain a pipeline of activity through the key accounts. • Routine onsite meetings to drive awareness and visibility for both short-term and long-term sales opportunities/pipeline. • Represent ORBCOMM at tradeshows, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and strengthen market presence.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications, technology, or information industries, with a focus on IoT solutions. • Knowledge of the Transportation and Logistics market, Cold-Chain, or ORBCOMM products is highly desirable. • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement and results-driven with a passion for driving business growth. • Strong ability to anticipate and understand customer needs, providing viable solutions, and working under pressure in a dynamic environment. • Excellent relationship-building, account management, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time and work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
