• Act as Level 2 support and provide timely and accurate feedback • Investigate and analyze technical issues • Bridge between client and internal teams • Educate and support client services teams • Define the framework of the documentation process • Collect client voice and raise for further analysis • Collaborate with marketing specialists, product managers, data analysts, and developers • Engage in critical thinking and organization • Regular communication with industry partners, thought-leaders, and community members • Use communication and collaboration channels like JIRA, Zendesk, and Telegram • Guide clients in implementing trading programs with API • Familiarity with programming languages and protocols • Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools


• Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience in developing trading systems or financial-related products (a plus) • Familiarity with Web3 and cryptocurrency trading platforms • Ability to organize strategies and opinions • Self-motivated and results-driven
