📋 Description

• Development and implementation of social media strategies based on your expertise and our systems • Content research: identify viral videos, recognize patterns, compile and prepare lists • Analyze and optimize content, performance & accounts (e.g., views, Reels, Stories, statistics) • Close collaboration with creators: daily communication, feedback and reliable support • Maintain creator relationships and coordinate with external Reel posters • Ensure regular content (Reels, Stories, feed posts) and high-quality captions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media, especially virality on Instagram/TikTok • Experience creating structured and clear lists for creators • Analytical skills: explain why videos go viral (or don't) and how to improve content • Native-level German • Good English skills (for lists, captions and communication) • Availability in a time zone similar to Germany • High discipline, reliability and proactivity: independently identify tasks, analyze weaknesses and implement solutions
