📋 Description

• Act as osapiens’ technical voice for an assigned industry vertical • Partner with Account Executives on enterprise opportunities and deal strategy • Translate supply chain resilience, reporting, carbon management, product compliance, asset operations, and track-and-trace challenges into solution scope • Design and deliver demonstrations of the osapiens HUB using realistic industry scenarios, terminology, and KPIs • Own end-to-end proofs of concept • Navigate integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems • Own functional RFPs, RFIs, and IT-integration topics • Maintain the competitive picture and curate industry references • Represent osapiens at industry events, customer advisory boards, and analyst briefings • Feed structured industry insights back to Product to inform the roadmap • Mentor junior Solution Engineers and contribute to enablement content and battle cards

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solution engineering, presales, tech-focused consulting, or sales engineering for B2B enterprise SaaS • Clear experience and industry footprint in the target industry • Understanding of the industry value chain, operating model, regulatory pressures, and digital landscape • Demonstrated ownership of complex enterprise deals end-to-end, including proofs of concept and security reviews • Comfortable with deal sizes above €250K • Technical fluency in REST APIs, SAP, identity management/SSO, cloud architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and basic data modeling • Business acumen to map regulatory or operational pain to ROI, TCO, and deployment roadmaps • Routine use of AI for research, demo preparation, and RFP work • Proactive, structured, and calm under pressure • German at native or near-native level • Fluency in English • Based in the DACH region, or elsewhere in Europe with willingness to travel approximately 25–35% to regional clients
