📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence within the retail media sector. • Proactively identify and secure new opportunities with a hunter mindset, driving client acquisition and growth. • Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with key clients and partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. • Work closely with global and local teams across product, marketing, and customer success to align efforts and deliver value. • Share insights on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to shape product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies. • Ensure high levels of client engagement and deliver measurable outcomes that drive long-term partnerships. • Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in sales leadership roles within SaaS, retail media, or digital advertising, with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets. • A hunter mindset and a hands-on approach, with the ability to independently drive client acquisition and growth. • Exposure to retail media or enterprise SaaS sales, with strong industry knowledge/connections. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives. • Experience collaborating with cross-geo teams and stakeholders, driving alignment across diverse functions and regions. • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to use insights to optimize performance and outcomes.
