📋 Description

• Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the NetSuite platform, including ongoing support, configuration, and enhancements • Act as the main point of contact for NetSuite-related inquiries, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize system usage • Configure and maintain fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and SOX requirements • Lead and support NetSuite integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., Coupa, Salesforce, Celigo, Blackline/Floqast) • Support financial operations, including month-end close processes and reporting requirements • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes • Support system implementation projects, including testing, deployment, and release management • Provide SOX audit support, including documentation, reporting, and controls validation • Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, functional designs, and training materials • Conduct end-user training sessions to improve adoption and system utilization • Support integration and optimization of systems following acquisitions or organizational changes • Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to align systems with business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, or related field • NetSuite Administrator Certification OR 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience (required) • Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP, including configuration, customization, integration, and support • Proven experience with: Saved searches, workflows, scripting (preferred), reporting, and dashboards • System integrations (middleware such as Celigo or similar tools is a plus) • Experience supporting or working within finance/accounting functions, including: Month-end close, Financial reporting, Audit and compliance (SOX preferred) • Strong understanding of ERP best practices and ability to recommend native vs customized solutions • Experience with other financial systems such as Coupa, Blackline, Floqast, Solution 7, or similar tools • Background in high-growth, SaaS, or technology environments is highly preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
