📋 Description

• Own the TPM strategy for Outreach's Finance systems portfolio across ERP, procurement, expense, and financial operations tooling • Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale Finance system initiatives, including milestones, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication • Develop and execute multi-team, multi-system project plans and resolve delivery blockers • Refine scope and realign delivery expectations as requirements and business needs change • Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders and ensure Finance workflow readiness before production deployment • Build program-level communication rhythms for executive sponsors and cross-functional leads • Manage complex delivery challenges involving Finance, IT, and external vendors • Establish QA checkpoints, integration planning practices, and change management processes • Advise on tooling decisions, integration strategy, and platform trade-offs • Guide TPM best practices and contribute to cross-team execution frameworks and delivery culture • Partner with Finance, Engineering, and Operations leadership to drive delivery and shape system strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience • At least 2 years of experience with enterprise finance systems or ERP platforms • Experience leading ERP migrations or large-scale system transitions, such as NetSuite or SAP • Ability to manage shifting requirements in multi-stakeholder environments • Experience aligning Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams around shared delivery goals • Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture, data flows, and integrations • Ability to translate business requirements into technical inputs and proactively flag risks • Experience coordinating UAT with business stakeholders • Familiarity with Concur, Workday, ZipHQ, or similar Finance-adjacent platforms is a strong plus • Proficiency with defect/issue tracking tools such as Jira • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences • Self-starter who proactively identifies quality and delivery risks • SaaS or high-growth technology environment experience preferred
