• Identify and target new B2B clients across Australia • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into active customers • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn • Sell A4 copy paper (premium, eco, and bulk supply) to: • Print shops and commercial printers • Corporate offices and SMEs • Schools, childcare centres, and institutions • Office supply resellers • Present product offerings, pricing, and value propositions • Negotiate pricing and confidently close deals • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat orders • Manage sales pipeline using CRM systems • Track leads, opportunities, and conversion rates • Work closely with operations/logistics to ensure smooth order delivery
• Excellent spoken and written English (ESSENTIAL) • 3–5+ years Business Development / B2B Sales experience • Strong closing skills with a proven sales track record • Confident in outbound sales and handling objections • Experience using CRM systems (GHL, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused • Highly Regarded Experience selling into the Australian market • Background in paper, print, office supplies, or FMCG sales • Existing network of printers, resellers, or corporate buyers • Knowledge of A4 paper specifications (GSM, CIE, FSC, etc.)
