📋 Description

• **Shopify Product Management:** Upload, edit, and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, tags, collections, and redirects. • **Image Cropping & Optimisation:** Prepare, resize, and compress product images for consistency and fast site performance. • **Data Entry & Accuracy:** Ensure all product details, SKUs, pricing, and inventory levels are entered accurately. • **Basic HTML & CSS Knowledge:** Adjust product formatting, layout, or styling within Shopify themes when required. • **Content Updates:** Manage homepage banners, promotional content, and basic page updates through the Shopify admin. • **Order & Inventory Support:** Assist with order updates, refunds, and stock adjustments as needed. • **Reporting:** Generate and maintain basic sales, product, or inventory reports as directed. • **Communication:** Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and suppliers. • **Autonomous Work Ethic:** Work independently while proactively updating managers on progress and issues. • **Customer Support Potential:** Provide support with customer service or other administrative tasks when required. • **Platform Familiarity:** Utilise Shopify apps, integrations, and the admin panel effectively to enhance workflow.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working with **Shopify** or similar e-commerce platforms. • Strong **attention to detail** and organisational skills. • Basic knowledge of **HTML and CSS**. • Proficiency in **image editing tools** (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar). • Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills. • Ability to **work independently** with minimal supervision. • Familiarity with **Shopify apps and integrations** is an advantage. • Prior experience in **e-commerce administration** or **online retail support** is preferred.
