📋 Description

• Monitoring and support of operational routines for chartered/employee shuttle transportation and food services across sites; • Management and oversight of shuttle transportation and catering contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs, operational KPIs and contractual requirements; • Liaison with suppliers to align operations, address deviations and lead corrective action plans; • Support for budget control, monthly measurements and validation of service billing; • Monitoring operational indicators and supporting governance routines; • Support internal teams and the client, ensuring operational fluidity and adherence to processes; • Support implementation of continuous improvements, process standardization and strengthening governance; • Preparation and follow-up of management reports, dashboards and operational controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Nutrition or related fields. • Proficiency with management tools: SAP, Power BI, Ariba, Jira. • Proven experience in Facilities management, catering and/or chartered transportation. • Experience in governance of large-scale contracts and management of multi-million budgets. • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; • English is a plus. • Postgraduate/MBA in Operations Management or Facilities is a plus. • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is valued.
