• Field Sales Experience – Experience in field sales or account management. • Proven Sales Track Record – A strong track record of growing accounts, winning new business and achieving sales targets. • CRM Proficiency – Comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage activity and drive performance. • Relationship Builder – Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels. • Exceptional Communication Skills – Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. • Self-Starter Mentality – Driven, organised and motivated to exceed targets and identify new opportunities. • Resilient Mindset – Positive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Full Driving Licence – Essential.
