• Identify the roles and responsibilities of the AIT in a Long-Term Facility. • Assists in analyzing the various operations within a nursing facility. • Acts as a liaison between the nursing facility, residents, families and outside community. • Compiles and develops reporting on budget projections, revenue and expenses. • Ensures all employees, residents and families are treated with the utmost respect. • Monitors industry regulations, laws, compliance updates and makes changes as appropriate.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
