• Fill all required positions within facilities located in the assigned region. • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications. • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. • Design and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates. • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, etc. • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. • Manage all job boards and applicant tracking systems for assigned facilities. • Work closely with Human Resources and Operations in assigned buildings to share best practices, help on critical needs, and coordinate on all talent initiatives
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field. • Five (5) years of recruiting experience preferred. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Ability to draft reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees. • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situation.
