📋 Description

• Manage and resolve 25-50 customer tickets daily through the Gorgias platform • Handle order modifications, subscription changes, product inquiries, and general customer support requests • Process customer requests efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless 24/7 customer coverage • Support increased ticket volume during Q4 peak season

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with Gorgias customer service platform • Strong working knowledge of Shopify and Loop subscription management • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment • Experience handling 25+ support tickets per day • Previous e-commerce customer service experience (preferred) • Familiarity with subscription-based business models (preferred) • Asian timezone availability preferred (to enable 24/7 coverage) • Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach (preferred)
