📋 Description

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, complaints, and urgent guest issues via phone, text, and platform messaging. • Schedule and confirm cleanings, track supplies, review property photos, and ensure units are guest-ready on time. • Coordinate with maintenance vendors and contractors, track open tickets, verify completed work, and escalate delays when needed. • Monitor guest reviews, spot recurring issues, and suggest improvements for properties with declining ratings. • Respond to noise or behavior alerts, de-escalate professionally, document clearly, and escalate serious matters to management.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, property management, or operations. • Experience with software for operations, scheduling, or team communication • Strong spoken and written English • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated • Comfortable making calls to guests, cleaners, vendors, and property teams • Able to work independently in a remote environment • Familiar with spreadsheets, messaging apps, and task management tools • Calm and professional when handling complaints or urgent problems
