📋 Description

• Generating new business opportunities in East Germany through outbound prospecting, including cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and direct calls. • Qualifying leads and conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs. • Managing and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-ups. • Running tailored product demos to decision-makers and explaining the return on investment (ROI) of our solutions. • Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a smooth handover to Account Managers for onboarding. • Self-sourcing six or more $25K+ opportunities per month and maintaining a strong pipeline. • Documenting all sales activities and interactions in our CRM (HubSpot) to optimize tracking and forecasting. • Adapting quickly to feedback, continuously improving messaging, and staying up to date with industry trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 3- 7 years of experience in **B2B outbound sales**, ideally in SaaS, AI, industrial technology, or infrastructure-related industries. • A proven track record of closing deals worth **$25K or more** and meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong consultative selling skills and experience running **product demos** and **ROI-based sales presentations**. • The ability to **self-source leads**, manage the sales pipeline, and drive outbound efforts proactively. • Strong adaptability and coachability, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
