• Your responsibilities will include defining our design direction, fostering innovation, and working closely with diverse teams to ensure an outstanding user experience. This role is crucial as we push the boundaries of our industry and elevate our teams to new heights. • The primary focus within the document domain is developing a Personalization Framework. It’s crucial as our user base continues to diversify. This framework will allow us to customize the platform based on user roles and industry needs, significantly boosting engagement and satisfaction. It aligns with our mission to innovate and add value by creating a flexible user interface that meets specific requirements across Sales, HR, and Legal sectors. This direction ensures our platform remains competitive and responsive to user preferences, enhancing customer retention and loyalty.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and design systems, with a strong passion for mentoring others in these domains, preferably in a senior or leadership role. Proven track record in designing sophisticated software products that prioritize intuitive user experiences. • Expertise: Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards. Strong understanding of user psychology and human-centered design principles. Bonus points if you have experience in document lifecycle management, editing, or collaboration software. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite) and a strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Research: Demonstrated ability to deeply understand user needs through integrating user research into the design process. Proficient in gathering and utilizing both qualitative and quantitative user research to drive informed design decisions. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1 in English), with the ability to articulate complex design concepts clearly to diverse audiences. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving design issues. • Competency: A history of mentoring designers and enhancing their performance. • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
