📋 Description

• You provide active support to the general manager in day-to-day operations and act as a point of contact for staff and team leaders • You are responsible for leading operational shifts in the restaurant and assist with team management and scheduling • You onboard new team members and train your colleagues on current topics and promotions • You ensure smooth restaurant operations and compliance with company procedures and quality standards • Together with your general manager and the Peter Pane team, you run the daily business and are ready to roll up your sleeves when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in hospitality/hotel management or several years of relevant professional experience • Professional experience as a deputy restaurant manager or in a leadership position • A genuine hospitality personality • You are a dynamic professional with charm and charisma who keeps a cool head under pressure
