📋 Description

• Own and continuously evolve Parakar's Professional Services portfolio • Grow and strengthen existing Payroll and NRP services • Identify opportunities for new service offerings • Build, launch, and implement service lines such as Accounting and Entity Setup & Management • Develop a profitable, customer-focused portfolio • Shape Professional Services positioning and go-to-market strategy with Sales and Marketing • Translate customer feedback, market developments, and regulatory changes into products, service improvements, and commercial opportunities • Monitor business performance and improve growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer retention • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, and Leadership • Report directly to the COO • Navigate country requirements and align stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Located in one of the countries where Parakar is located • Bachelor-level thinking and working, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, or a related field • At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in payroll, HR services, accounting, entity management, financial services, or a comparable international services environment • Experience developing, scaling, or managing services, products, or business offerings • Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate market opportunities into customer value and business growth • Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and pragmatic when needed • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Analytical mindset and ability to navigate complexity, priorities, and competing interests • Professional fluency in English, spoken and written • Nice to have: experience with international payroll, accounting, entity management, or related professional services • Nice to have: experience launching, scaling, or managing multiple service lines • Nice to have: experience in consulting, product management, business development, or commercial service environments • Nice to have: knowledge of multiple European employment, tax, payroll, accounting, or compliance frameworks
