📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • Design, develop, and configure new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests on the ServiceNow platform. • Participate in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production. • Ensure the development and customization of ServiceNow applications align with industry best practices and adhere to coding standards. • Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications by identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and test plans. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other business systems and applications. • Provide post-production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions. • Deploy code into production environments, following proper change management procedures. • Actively participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews. • Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery • Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management • Experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery is highly preferred • Experience with both agile and waterfall software delivery methods • Proven experience managing stakeholders • Ability to see the big picture and push back on things that don’t make sense. • Prior experience with consulting or professional service company
