📋 Description

• Provide overall leadership and management for database programming, data integration, data management, statistical services, and medical writing on projects/programs • Lead execution of the Data Operations strategy and technology setup for EMEA projects • Oversee Global Data Operations team members and activities across geographies • Serve as the single point of contact for the Account Lead, functional leaders, clients, and third-party vendors • Ensure Data Operations deliverables meet timelines, resourcing, quality, and productivity targets • Manage budgets and resourcing for assigned studies • Set up technical and non-technical systems for complex projects/programs • Create and execute project timeline plans covering Global Data Organization deliverables • Coordinate dependencies among Data Management, Programming, and Biostatistics stakeholders • Ensure use of data standards and provide technical oversight and escalation support • Participate in cross-functional, project kickoff, bid defense, protocol review, and project-related meetings • Coordinate project tools, plans, Trial Master File, and resourcing information • Oversee technology and data integration team deliveries where applicable • Ensure team members have access to required tools and documents • Establish working relationships with functional leaders and experts • Provide leadership and direction to project team members • Communicate project metric targets and guide the team toward achieving them

🎯 Requirements

• Several years’ experience within CRO, Pharma, or Biotech • Demonstrated application of project management concepts • Proven record of leading a project team in a technical/programming, data management, or statistical environment with minimal supervision • Proficient understanding of cross-functional activities • Bachelor’s degree in a science or industry-related discipline • Fluent English • Ability to manage a full workload across multiple and varied studies and prioritize workload with attention to detail • Knowledge of SOPs/guidelines, ICH-GCP, and applicable local and international regulations • Understanding of data standards in the clinical trial environment • Project management skills • Ability to work effectively with and motivate virtual teams within different cultural environments • Proficient negotiation and diplomacy skills
