📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment activity across assigned Early Careers campaigns • Partner with Recruiters and client stakeholders throughout recruitment campaigns • Own candidate pipelines and ensure applications progress efficiently • Screen applications, complete structured assessment scoring and produce high-quality longlists • Manage psychometric testing, video interviews and candidate progression through each stage • Communicate with candidates, respond to queries and keep candidates informed • Manage Reasonable Adjustments and compliance-related activities • Produce recruitment reporting and monitor campaign progress • Identify pipeline risks and areas requiring attention • Maintain recruitment systems, documentation and tracking tools • Build collaborative relationships with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and wider stakeholders • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the wider Talent Attraction team

• Ability to deliver high-quality recruitment support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Ability to build effective working relationships with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and stakeholders • Ability to prioritize competing workloads while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Confident and professional communication with candidates and stakeholders • Consistent judgement when screening applications and supporting structured assessment processes • Confident use of recruitment systems, assessment platforms and Microsoft Office • Ability to analyze recruitment data and reporting • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service • Professionalism, collaboration and commitment to fairness, inclusion and confidentiality
