📋 Description

• Oversee the site contracting process for clinical trials and ensure timely, effective contract execution • Monitor, drive, and report site contract performance across the lifecycle, including cycle times, aging, quality, and compliance metrics • Develop project setup documents, including Clinical Trial Agreement templates, fallback language, and Site Contract Plans • Advise on investigator grant budgets and parameters with the Grant Strategy and Investigator Fees team • Ensure contract terms and conditions are clear and aligned with project needs • Participate in KOMs and provide feedback on contracting strategies and tactics • Lead project-specific Site Contracts teams, providing guidance, leadership, and training • Develop and implement site contract management best practices, processes, procedures, and tools • Control site contracting budgets and track, manage, and communicate costs • Identify and mitigate risks involving timelines, costs, strategy effectiveness, and quality • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues • Communicate with sponsors, internal stakeholders, vendors, CROs, and sites • Build stakeholder relationships and facilitate alignment for expedited contract execution • Support Start-up, Global Clinical Operations, Investigator Payments, Business Development, and Feasibility teams • Provide updates and reports to clients, senior management, and stakeholders • Monitor data accuracy and completeness • Support project hour forecasting for the Site Contracts team to improve planning, resource allocation, and budgeting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in site contracting or a related field within the CRO industry • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as law, economics, business, or social sciences, or equivalent training or industry experience • Strong diplomacy, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to motivate individuals and teams and influence stakeholders • Ability to work successfully in a virtual multicultural team environment and across time zones • Strong analytical skills, including creating or interpreting legal language and budgets • Thought leadership and innovation • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure • Ability to align internal and external resources to achieve objectives • Attention to detail and ability to independently identify problems and execute solutions • Effective decision-making skills • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Polished presentation skills • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex contracts • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Relationship-building skills • Familiarity with legal frameworks and regulations related to site contracting in the CRO industry • Experience with site-contracting software and tools, such as eTMF and contract management systems
