• Provide input into country strategy, site planning, and site recommendations using regional site knowledge and performance metrics • Support local requirements for importation and exportation of investigational medical products and ancillary supplies • Qualify and activate assigned investigative sites according to global site and study strategies • Provide country and regional input to outreach surveys, protocol feasibility, standard of care, and local medical practices • Conduct site start-up activities, including PTA, activation checklist coordination, ICD finalization, and SIV management • Drive site recruitment planning and delivery against global, country, and local enrollment targets • Maintain regular communication with investigative sites regarding recruitment and data-entry timelines • Act as the operational point of contact for site questions and escalate issues to appropriate teams • Assure quality and consistency in monitoring delivery and promote monitoring efficiencies and best practices • Coordinate with Study Monitors, Investigator Contracts Leads, Site Activation Partners, and Clinicians to improve communications and site-level quality • Serve as the primary client contact for investigative sites throughout the study lifecycle
• Experience in project management • Solid audit experience • Strengths in site management, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration • Experience in clinical research site start-up, conduct, and closeout in a regulated environment • Clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders • Patient-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, and proactive risk identification • Bachelor's degree or Registered Nurse designation in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • At least 7 years of experience when qualifying through the equivalent combination pathway • Demonstrated site management experience with prior experience as a site monitor • Demonstrated experience in study start-up through site activation, and conduct and closeout activities • Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements, including country-level GCP requirements • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to travel across Türkiye
