• Develop and execute territory and account plans for Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman to achieve sales targets and business objectives. • Manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities across enterprise, government, financial services, energy, telecom, and critical infrastructure sectors. • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, procurement teams, and executive sponsors. • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. • Work closely with channel partners, distributors, system integrators, and MSSPs to expand market coverage and accelerate sales opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, professional services, customer success, renewals, legal, finance, and leadership to ensure successful deal execution and customer delivery. • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates. • Identify customer security challenges and position NetWitness solutions effectively across threat detection, response, SIEM, NDR, endpoint, and incident response use cases. • Support customer retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. • Represent NetWitness at customer meetings, partner events, conferences, workshops, and executive briefings across the assigned territory. • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements across Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and act as an escalation point for commercial and account-related matters.
• Minimum 5–8 years of enterprise sales or account management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, software, SaaS, or technology solutions. • Strong experience selling into GCC markets, with specific knowledge of Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman preferred. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Experience managing large enterprise and government accounts. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, SOC operations, threat detection, SIEM, NDR, endpoint security, incident response, and managed security services. • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators. • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with both technical and business stakeholders. • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • **Preferred Qualifications** • Existing customer and partner network in Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions to government, energy, telecom, banking, and critical infrastructure sectors. • Knowledge of regional procurement processes, compliance requirements, and public-sector sales cycles. • Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
