• Play a pivotal role in driving the entire M&A lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to transaction close • Independently lead M&A transactions from origination through closing • Drive multiple live transactions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail • Manage and mentor a team of analysts and associates • Build and maintain strong relationships with owner-operators, investment bankers and large corporations • Prepare and negotiate indicative offers, including Letters of Intent (LOIs)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity, including at least 3 years focused on software M&A • Demonstrated expertise executing M&A transactions with a proven track record of successfully closing deals • Strong relationship-building and negotiation experience • Ability to think quickly, make sound decisions under pressure, and operate effectively in a high-volume transaction environment • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in relationship management and transaction-related writing • Highly organized, self-motivated, and execution-oriented • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet aggressive deadlines, and adapt to variable hours • Willingness to travel as needed to facilitate transaction execution
• Estimated Compensation Range: $100,000-$150,000 USD annually + Bonus
