⢠Responsible for expanding and maintaining the sales pipeline ⢠Acquiring new customers through networks, referrals, trade shows, events, and qualified leads ⢠Managing and developing existing customer relationships ⢠Delivering customer and product presentations (remote/on-site) ⢠Managing the sales process through to contract signing ⢠Close collaboration with company management and project teams
⢠Experience in IT solutions sales and project-based B2B sales ⢠Technical understanding, SAP knowledge, and familiarity with sales processes ⢠People-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking ⢠Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently ⢠Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken ⢠Willingness to travel: approximately a few days to the Potsdam office every 6 weeks
