📋 Description

• Responsible for expanding and maintaining the sales pipeline • Acquiring new customers through networks, referrals, trade shows, events, and qualified leads • Managing and developing existing customer relationships • Delivering customer and product presentations (remote/on-site) • Managing the sales process through to contract signing • Close collaboration with company management and project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT solutions sales and project-based B2B sales • Technical understanding, SAP knowledge, and familiarity with sales processes • People-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking • Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently • Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel: approximately a few days to the Potsdam office every 6 weeks
