📋 Description

• You support e-commerce entrepreneurs daily by onboarding them to our software via video calls and email. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication. • Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving our solutions. • Work closely with the Customer Support team to guarantee customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• High self-motivation and result orientation (SMART goals). • Experience with DATEV (mandatory). • Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry. • Independent, structured and process-oriented working style. • Open to feedback, comfortable with digital tools and a remote-first environment. • Fluent in German and English.
