📋 Description

• You support e-commerce entrepreneurs daily via video calls and email to onboard them to our software. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication. • Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving our solutions. • Work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented (SMART goals). • Experience using DATEV (mandatory requirement). • Interest in digitizing the bookkeeping/accounting industry. • Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style. • Open to feedback, digital workflows, and a remote-first environment. • Fluent in German and English.
