• Design, deliver and evolve learning solutions that build critical capabilities, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and directly support business priorities • Support the end‑to‑end execution of learning initiatives, from needs analysis through delivery and evaluation • Coordinate and deliver learning experiences (virtual and/or in‑person), ensuring strong participant experience • Manage learning logistics and operations (communications, scheduling, LMS setup, tracking)
• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development roles • Proven experience working in complex, fast-paced organizations, with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Hands‑on leadership of: End‑to‑end learning initiatives (needs analysis, design, delivery, measurement) • Familiarity with learning evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick or similar) • English proficiency required (written and spoken)
