• We are at the beginning of our journey and are looking for a motivated recruiter who is eager to support our caregivers by phone and email. • You will assist our caregivers in their search and applications for open positions and with other questions or concerns. • Qualify and onboard caregivers by phone. • Ensure the quality of our caregivers. • Help our clients find suitable caregivers. • Support caregivers with advice and hands-on assistance during their assignments. • Actively support colleagues. • Take care of your health and maintain your work–life balance.
• Fluent in Romanian. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German. • English is a plus. • 2–3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, call center agent, customer support specialist, or in a comparable role. • Enjoy speaking on the phone and engaging in daily communication with caregivers by email and phone. • Experience working with various software and CRM tools to document and manage data and notes. • Willingness to learn and grow. • Hands-on mentality: you enjoy implementing new things and learning along the way.
