• 3–7+ years of experience in sales development, outbound lead generation, or growth roles • Experience managing BDR or sales development teams • Hands-on experience with modern prospecting technology stacks and outbound automation tools • Experience working with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms • Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing outreach workflows and targeting strategies
